Banana and mango post- workout juice (vegan)
I love drinking juices and smoothies. I will start to post pictures and recipes of my favorite ones. Today I made a banana and mango juice that I drank about 30 minutes after working out.
Here are the ingredients:
1 banana
1/4 mango
1/4 cup coco water
1/2 cup cold water
1 teaspoon ground golden flax seeds
Juice of a lemon wedge.
I simply puree all the ingredients in a blender and voila, it's ready!
