The Good and Bad Tofu.

Most of vegans and vegetarians eat a lot of tofu and it's important for them to know which ones are healthy.

I personally eat a lot of Nasoya extra firm organic tofu. It's certified non-GMO, organic and made with a good coagulant such as nigari (sea water extract).
 

I avoid tofu made with this toxic ingredient called Magnesium Sulfate. Studies have shown that it can cause cancer in laboratories animals.
