Delicious Vegan carrot birthday cake!

Last Monday was my birthday and my husband surprised me with a vegan birthday cake from the Whole Foods.... I was not expected it at all because we made a reservation at Vedge (the best vegan restaurant in Philadelphia and one of the best in America!) on my birthday.... The cake was so good! Even my husband who is not vegan loved it!
 
If you want to try it but don't want to buy a whole cake, just get a vegan carrot cake cupcake at the whole foods. It's as delicious as the cake!
