Delicious Vegan Protein lunch with tofu and greens
I have changed my diet lately and switched to eating more organic tofu with greens for protein in addition to vegan sport protein powder. There are a lot of misunderstanding about eating soy. Many say that eating soy is not healthy. So I made some research and found out that eating non- GMO, organic tofu is not unhealthy, it's safe and a great source of protein for vegetarians and vegans. However eating soy isolate is bad. Soy isolate is found in processed foods, protein/ energy bars and protein powder. Avoid it at all cost!
I made this quick salad on Thursday for lunch and it was delicious, flavorful, healthy and nutritious!

Organic cherry tomatoes
Organic Hass avocado
California non- GMO extra virgin olive oil
Organic Raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
Organic extra firm tofu seasoned with Sicilian sea salt, ground black peppercorn, garlic powder, dry basil and sauteed quickly in olive oil.
Nutritional yeast flakes
Et voila!
