My favorite snack bars: LÄRABAR
I probably tried most of the
snack and energy bars labeled as healthy bars on the markets. But most
of them are not healthy because they are loaded with sugar, additive and
preservatives.
LÄRABAR® bars are simple and made with few ingredients: dates, cashews, almonds, peanuts, pecans, chocolate, spices and unsweetened fruits. That's all.
Nothing else is added!
They range between 190 calories to 220 calories per bar.
My
favorites are chocolate chip cookie dough, apple pie, peanut butter
cookie, peanut butter chocolate chip, chocolate chips brownie, carrot
cake, cherry pie.
