Facial Rolling with a rose quartz roller

I have just massaged my face with my rose quartz beauty roller and I can tell you that it is so incredibly relaxing... It is also supposed to help improving blood circulation and elasticity of the skin, reducing apparence of puffiness and fine lines. Rose quartz corresponds to the heart chakra, the energy center of love. Whenever I massage my face skin with a roller, I give some love to myself. It’s important to take care of yourself so you can take care of others! 

I will need to use it more often and longer to see if my skin looks better and more youthful. Nevertheless I can approve the de-stressing and calming effect of facial rolling!
