Obsessed with this vegan bakery named VEGAN TREATS in Bethlehem, PA

I am vegan and I have a serious sweet tooth. I love pastries, desserts and chocolate. When I decided to become vegan, I had to give up all the delicious desserts ans all the treats that I loved eating. I admit I cheated at the beginning very occasionally. But now I only eat desserts that are vegan. Unfortunately vegan bakeries are rare and the only place where I can buy some vegan desserts is the Whole Foods. I have a problem with their desserts: that they are too sweet for my taste and the ingredients are not healthy: canola oil, high fructose syrup... really??? They also don't have a lot to offer, only a few cupcakes, chocolate mousse and chocolate cake which are ok....
 
I recently discovered a 100% plant-based vegan bakery called VEGAN TREATS located in Bethlehem, PA. Everything is made from scratch. In 2012 they were named one of the Top Ten Bakeries in the World by American Express.

I was drooling on their cakes and pastry pictures, so I had to go there as soon as I could. Luckily it was about 1h20 away from my home :)

My husband and I (who is not vegan) went to the bakery early February on a Sunday and bought many pastries. I was in heaven! The desserts are so good and I will definitely go back. Next time for my birthday next month :D
 
In addition to the delicious pastries you can see on the pictures, they also sell cookies, soft serve ice cream, chocolate candies, donuts, buns, danish and gluten-free french pastries!
